Stephanie Kramer, MPAS, PA-C

Stephanie is a board-certified Physician Associate specializing in full facial and body rejuvenation using Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators like Sculptra and hyperdilute Radiesse, lasers, microneedling, and non-surgical body contouring. In addition to rejuvenation and beautification, Stephanie also specializes in scar revision and hair loss treatments.
As the Clinical Lead, Stephanie oversees the Medical Spa and participates in the development of all treatment plans. She is an aesthetic trainer for Rubinstein Aesthetic Training Specialists and has also served on the assistant faculty for Allergan Aesthetics. She has spent years working side by side with master injector Ran Rubinstein and is certified on the most advanced injection techniques. Stephanie regularly attends conferences and training seminars to bring the latest knowledge and skills to her patients and trainees.
Stephanie graduated first in her class from the Mercy College PA Program with a 4.0 GPA. She received the Academic Excellence Award and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society and Alpha Eta National Scholastic Honor Society for the Allied Health Professions. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from SUNY Geneseo and spent several years working as a Research Scientist in the medical field. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, interior design, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children. She brings her affinity for creativity and keen artistic eye to every consultation. Stephanie’s primary focus is working with patients to develop the optimal treatment plan to achieve their aesthetic goals.
Esther Litenatsky, MSN, AGACNP-BC, OCN

Esther is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a passion for aesthetic medicine. Specializing in facial rejuvenation and medispa treatments, she brings a comprehensive approach to aesthetic care. She offers a range of services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers and biostimulators such as Sculptra alongside medispa treatments such as platelet rich plasma for hair loss, lasers, microneedling, HydraFacial, and chemical peels. Esther’s expertise extends to non-invasive body contouring techniques, having attended CoolSculpting University and mastering procedures such as CoolSculpting.
Having graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University, Esther’s commitment to excellence led her to be inducted into the Alpha Omega Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. She began her career at the prestigious Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she gained invaluable experience and earned her oncology certification. Her pursuit of knowledge continued as she obtained her Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner from New York University.
Throughout her career, Esther has taken on diverse responsibilities, including serving as a lead member of the rapid response team. However, it was her personal journey with acne as a teenager that ignited her passion for aesthetics and skincare. Following the birth of her second daughter, Esther made the pivotal decision to transition to her dream career in aesthetic medicine.
Esther finds immense fulfillment in empowering individuals to regain confidence and embrace a rejuvenated sense of self. With her expertise and dedication, she strives to provide personalized care that enhances each patient’s natural beauty, helping them feel revitalized and confident in their skin.
Gabrielle Vredenburg
Medical Assistant
Our Medical Assistant Gabby has been working with our team since 2021. Gabby’s passion for patient care and attention to detail has brought her here to serve patients at both our Newburgh, NY and Montvale, NJ offices. She assists our providers during treatments, suture removal, and serves as the Circulator on our surgical team.
Gabby is pursuing a Nursing degree from Rockland Community College. She chose the Nursing profession to guide people in times of uncertainty through compassion and education. Gabby is excited to advance further into her career bringing her passion for the Nursing profession into aesthetic medicine to help patients accomplish their aesthetic goals. When Gabby isn’t in the office, she can be found hiking with her dog or spending time with family and friends.
Jenilee Rodriguez
Office Manager
As the office supervisor, Jenilee draws on her experience over the past 16 years in customer service, banking, and management to create a positive experience for our patients and employees. Jenilee uses her compassion, artistic talents, and organizational skills to help guide our patients through their consultations, treatments, and surgery experiences.
In her spare time, she enjoys power building workouts, drawing, reading, true crime and psychology.
Meghan Kehoe
Social Media Marketing Coordinator
Meghan has over 4 years of experience in social media coordination. She excels in content strategy, audience engagement, and brand loyalty. Meghan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management from SUNY New Paltz. She is committed to leveraging social media to achieve company goals. In her free time, Meghan loves to work out in the gym, create fun makeup looks, binge watch Netflix, and spend time with family and friends.
